Responsibilities:

* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing support to individual students or small groups as needed.

* Support students with their learning and development, including reading, writing, mathematics, and other subject areas. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

* Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

* Desire to work with children and support their educational journey.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities

. * While experience working in a primary school is desired, it is not essential as further training will be provided. * Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one. Benefits: * Flexible working hours, with the option for part-time or full-time employment.
