Your role & responsibilities as an Teaching Assistant:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students or small groups.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes students engagement and success.
• Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Participate in planning and preparing instructional materials.

Non-negotiables:

• Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, ad adapt to a dynamic school environment
