Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to enhance the learning experience for primary school students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and other staff members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
