Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing behavioural challenges? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a supportive environment for personal growth.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals by:

Individualised Support: Tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Positive Reinforcement: Implementing positive behaviour support plans to encourage personal development.

Collaboration: Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members.

Monitoring Progress: Regularly assessing and documenting progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have previous experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
