Science Teacher- Secondary School located in Halifax

September 2024 start date

NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in Halifax who are looking for a Science Teacher who is able to teach KS3 and KS4 Science for a full-time/permanent position starting in the new academic year from September 2024.

The school is located in Halifax and has easily accessible public transport routes to and from the Town Centre. This school is graded as GOOD by Ofsted. You would be joining a fantastic Science department made up of 3 members of staff and the school are open to accepting Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Successful applications will have:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) with a specialism in Science (any)
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience (Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
  • Full-time availability from September 2024
  • 2x professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
