    Role Responsibilities:

    • Deliver engaging and innovative Science lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
    • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
    • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and promote active participation.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans that align with educational standards and school objectives.
    • Assess student progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
    • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
    • Proven experience teaching Science at the Secondary School level.
    • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to enhancing student learning outcomes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate students.
