Accelerate Teaching Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our team at a vibrant Secondary School in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and lives of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered to succeed.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level, with a proven track record of raising student achievement.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for Maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to professional development and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities.
