Teaching Personnel are working with a school in the Buscough Area to recruit a Maths Teacher starting in September. The school are seeking to appoint a candidate with a view to a potential permanent role upon the completion of a probationary position.
The school is a smaller than average secondary school with approximately 700 pupils on roll. The school is looking for members of staff who are able to proactively manage behaviour and deal with challenging pupils.
A suitable candidate should be experienced delivering on the new Maths specifications up to KS4. The school has high expectations for behaviour and they will be keen to secure a candidate who shares their vision for pupil progress.
Candidates considering applying for this role should:
- Have QTS with a Maths specialism, NQT's will be considered
- Have recent experience teaching KS3/4 Maths
- Be available to start in September 2018, possibly sooner
- Have experience working with challenging pupils

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
