Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a Part Time Teacher of French to cover a maternity absence. The role will start in July 2024 initially for 4 days a week, (not a Wednesday) and then drop to 3 days a week in September.

The position will pay upto £238.59 per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of French who possesses excellent subject knowledge.

The role:

  • Teacher of French to KS3, and KS4
  • July 2024 start, for the full academic year to cover a maternity absence.
  • Part time position, 4 days a week initially dropping to 3 days a week in September.
  • Excellent subject knowledge of French with the ability to fully engage, challenge and support the students.

  • Ofsted rating 'Good'
  • All-girls
  • Over 900 pupils
  • 11-18 secondary school

The essentials:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching French to KS3 and KS4
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
