Job Purpose
  • Managing a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met
  • Preparing and delivering accurate and well-informed tax advice
  • Supporting business development by attending prospective meetings, quoting for services and encouraging skill sharing amongst the wider firm
  • Assisting management with distributing workload across the department
  • Mentoring junior team members, assisting with workflow management, quality control, and providing training
  • Nurturing trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax knowledge and changes in the industry

The Successful Applicant
  • ATT and/or CTA qualified with proven experience within UK practice
  • Qualified by experience within UK practice would also be considered
  • Sound knowledge across corporate taxation
  • Supervisory experience with good people management skills
  • Self-motivated, professional and reliable
  • Eager to progress and learn from an experienced team
  • Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
