Working for this award-winning Business Advisory Firm as Tax Manager, you’ll manage the tax team consisting of 6 individuals. Through your development and guidance, you’ll ensure they deliver top notch advice. You will also have your own project portfolio, looking after Trust and Personal Tax cases.


Salary – Circa £60,000 per annum

Location – Hertford / Hybrid (1 day from home)

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 9:30-5:30

The Role


You’ll manage a portfolio of Trust and Personal Tax cases, ensuring the review and maintenance of high standards in tax work. Team management responsibilities include analysing team performance to identify training needs, actively participating in the development of tax team members and overseeing the team's performance and profitability.


You will also support the Partner Group and Tax Compliance Director with ad hoc projects as needed. This role demands a detail-oriented, proactive manager capable of fostering professional growth within the team and enhancing service excellence.


What You’ll Need 


Strong knowledge of income tax compliance issues and knowledge of tax regulations.

Minimum ATT qualified but CTA is preferred

2-3 years income tax compliance industry experience within a management role
