The Opportunity:

Join a team in a unique role where you'll be responsible for supporting clients on all aspects of tax through phone and email communication. You'll gather information, conduct research when necessary, and relay insights to clients, referencing appropriate legislation. Notably, this role doesn't involve timesheets, and it offers the flexibility of full remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to clients on various tax-related matters over phone and email.
  • Gather relevant information, conduct research, and communicate findings to clients.
  • Reference and apply appropriate legislation to address client queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ATT or CTA tax qualification, or part qualified.
  • Solid experience in general tax, gained from working in practice, industry, or HMRC.
  • Inquisitive mindset with a commitment to staying up-to-date with changes in legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
