Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing internal recruitment efforts within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent to support our growth.

Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration with all Sales Leaders and Figureheads in the business.
  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates, both internally and externally.
  • Assist in generating and following up on job adverts for internal hiring needs.
  • Research and identify opportunities to enhance our internal recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to building a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Director to arrange training for new hires as needed.
  • Evaluate and improve team performance related to internal hiring and acquisition of top talent.
  • Stay informed about our company's solutions and services to effectively communicate them to potential candidates.
  • Support the organisation in achieving its headcount growth plans by participating in the hiring process.
  • Become a Social Media champion for the business for internal recruitment, following, engaging and creating a presence to attract potential recruiters to the business.
  • Research, develop and foster relations with local sports societies, and organisations that might provide a rich pool of talent for the business.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Highly organised

Personal Qualities:

  • Great attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Positive and motivating, with the ability to inspire others

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
