Systems Support Administrator

We are in search of an individual to join our team as an In-house Systems Support Specialist. This position holds significance in ensuring our team members are adept at utilizing an internal platform to its fullest potential while identifying areas for enhancement to optimize our operations. This role is suitable for a candidate with experience in ERP Systems.

Responsibilities:

Inquiry Handling: Act as the main contact point for internal queries regarding our proprietary system.

Skillfully manage and respond to inquiries from staff across various departments and locations, offering clear and concise resolutions.

System Improvement: Work closely with the development team to collect user feedback, document change requests, and suggest improvements in features based on user experiences and evolving business requirements.

Training and Documentation: Develop and present engaging training sessions, both in-person and through video tutorials, to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing education for system users.

Produce easy-to-understand documentation to aid self-directed learning.

Knowledge Repository Development: Continuously update and manage a comprehensive knowledge repository by crafting FAQs, help guides, and training materials. Utilize insights from user queries to pinpoint knowledge gaps and develop relevant resources.

Ongoing Enhancement: Constantly explore avenues to streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and boost the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the internal system.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues.

University degree holder with proficient knowledge of common office software and a keen eye for detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly.

Proficient in crafting user-friendly documentation, training materials, and multimedia resources.

Demonstrated experience in providing technical support, preferably with enterprise software like ERPs or accounting solutions.

Solid organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
