Location: London (hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week)

Systems Accountant – The Role:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Accountant to join our Accounting team, based in the UK.

This is a key role to support and strengthen our NetSuite ERP system for the accounting function and the wider. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of financial data, efficient processes, and compliance with accounting standards.

Systems Accountant – Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer NetSuite ERP system for the group

- Configure and customise NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the finance team

- Oversee user access and security settings to ensure data integrity

- Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets

- Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite

- Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and integrations

- Provide training to finance and other departmental users on NetSuite functionality

- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite-related issues

- Stay current on NetSuite updates and communicate relevant changes to the team

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Systems Accountant – You:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- NetSuite certification is a plus
