The Role – What You’ll Be Doing: ? Oversee finance system improvements, eliminating manual tasks and implementing automated solutions ? Work closely with IT and finance teams to integrate finance and business systems ? Lead the digital scanning project for accounts payable ? Enhance reporting and planning analytics, leveraging AI and automation ? Optimise general ledger implementation and streamline financial consolidation ? Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations ? Provide financial insights and forecasting to support business decision-making
What We’re Looking For: ?? Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience ?? Strong experience in finance systems and process transformation ?? Hands-on experience with Certinia / Financialforce (part of Salesforce) or similar ERP/finance systems ?? Ability to adapt to both large and small business environments ?? A proactive mindset, keen to drive efficiency and improve finance operations
