Following a period of growth and an internal promotion this Lloyd's insurer are excited to be recruiting for a qualified accountant with a strong background in Lloyd's to join their growing finance team as Syndicate Finance Manager.

Leading a small team this broad role will include:

• Preparation and delivery of syndicate financial results and reporting
• Oversight of the syndicate ledgers across all line items
• Review and sign off on monthly syndicate balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Ownership of the month end close processes
• Preparation of flash reports and executive MI and board packs
• Strong change management focus around process improvement and efficient
• Development of process changes across the syndicate finance function
• Mentorship and development of a small but talented team

This is an exciting time to join this ambitious Lloyd's underwriter and would suit an experienced syndicate finance professional who wants to build teams and develop finance functions. You will be a qualified accountant with a strong London market insurance background gained either within practice or industry and be looking to work in a progressive and exciting insurance group.
