BASIC SALARY:  £45,000 - £50,000    
· Commission on ALL sales (circa £10k in first year), UNCAPPED
· Fleet car during probationary period, then fully-expensed Company Car option
· Generous Company Pension after 3 months

· 27 Days Annual Holiday (Plus Statutory Days)
LOCATION: Manchester (M62 Corridor)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Oncology Implants
We are recruiting a talented and driven individual who possesses the capacity and winning potential to stand out from the crowd.
This position covers the M62 corridor region and requires you to live on territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Oncology Implants (M62 Corridor)
· You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
· Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
· Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
· Full training, development & mentoring provided.
· You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Oncology Implants
· You will be an ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, or an established medical / surgical sales representative.
· Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
· A first-class networker, and relationship-builder.
· Seeking to progress your sales career in a top-flight company, and in an Oncology surgical hospital sales environment.
· We are at the forefront of the creation and manufacture, of high quality surgical implants used by Consultant surgeons in the operating room (as well as by other Clinicians in an Oncology setting).
· As a high-quality business with a strong heritage (over 45 years), our products are both established and respected very highly by Consultant surgeons & Key Opinion Leaders within Oncology.
