Support Engineer Role

Support Engineer Opportunity

  • Do you have 2nd or 3rd line support experience?

  • Do you have MCSE, VCP or CCA Accreditations?

  • Do you have experience in troubleshooting technically challenging tickets?

  • Experience in Citrix environments, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop?

  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers over the telephone?

You will work as part of a strong technical support team, responsible for the support and day to day management of customer solutions. You must have a strong Microsoft background in a MSP environment.
