The Company

They are the UK and European leaders within their niche, offering a number of bespoke software solutions to the manufacturing sector. They have grown organically over the last 30 years and are still ran by the family that founded them, to the point where the owner helps code for them! They are a close team where personality and cultural fits are as important as the technical skills you bring to the table. You'll be joining a team of 3 Support Engineers who will help you build on your existing skills. There is a big push on growth over the coming years and this is the beginning of it. In 5 years' time they plan to be 3x the size so this is the perfect chance to join early and make your mark!

The Role

This role is very much open to those with prior experience or are looking for their first role with the tech industry. Character and personality are vital for this role as you'll be speaking to customers on daily basis, being the first point of contact for them at what can be challenging times for them within their businesses. You'll need excellent customer service experience and problem solving skills as you'll be dealing with a range of both complex and less complex problems. There'll be a wealth of on the job training and plenty of progression opportunities making it a great role for any aspiring IT professional.

Skills and Knowledge Needed/Desired

• Experience in Software Support
• Customer Service experience
• Management and multitasking skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• IT background whether it be employment or in Education
• Driven about technology and eagerness to learn
• Data analysis experience
• SQL knowledge
