Taking logged problems from 1st line and liaising with clients to resolve the issue. Escalating to 3rd line and product specialists if it can't be resolved.
2nd line Support/Helpdesk person will need a good level of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory (AD) and a good understanding of Microsoft products Accreditations in these would be perfect. Well spoken, articulate and a high customer service orientation.
Role has come about through promotion of job holder to 3rd line but the support team has grown significantly this year with further growth plans. Career progression is good here. Company have been established 17 years but are moving in to a whole new phase. Will be working extended day shifts so not antisocial.
