Support Analyst

My prestigious client based in Ashby are currently recruiting for a Support Analyst to support the Manager. This role would be to join them on a permanent basis. This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be a well looked after employee.

The main purpose of the Support Analyst is to support the Customer Service manager in the day to day duties. You will also be providing all round assistance and support with the aim to achieve company targets and increased customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparing, validating and submitting rebate and sales revenue data to customers. Ensuring that system files, both paper and electronic, are maintained accurately and to the highest standard

• Communicate and liaise directly with customers providing rebate payment updates and tracking on balances to claim. Ensuring all processes and calculations are in line with internal procedures and customer contractual agreements.

• Provide internal personnel with up to date information on the status of all rebate schemes and rebate claims as and when requested

• Manage the submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly statistical reports to customers, account managers and customer service / private label manager

• Assist with the follow up to new business quotations and enquiries. Monitoring the management and co-ordination of sample and information requests that will lead to securing sales opportunity.

• Assist with product data requests from both customers and account managers.

• Assist in the preparation of reports required for internal and external meetings

• Assist the customer service manager with customer complaints ensuring conclusions are met in line with the companies KPI measures.

• Adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.

My client is offering a highly competitive salary of up to £25,000. The hours will be office hours Monday – Friday.
