As a member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll be responsible for making sure all our incoming stock gets to our warehouses and stores on time, balance warehouse space constraints with ensuring all store orders are fulfilled, and minimising waste wherever possible by making sure stock is kept fresh through each step in the supply chain.

What you'll do

  • Analyse and ensure the availability of listed items 
  • Proactively manage the demand of listed items
  • Make frequent independent decisions regarding orders
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with suppliers
  • Perform freshness checks to ensure the best life product for customers
  • Minimise the risk of unnecessary write offs
  • Ensure our ordering systems are accurate and regularly updated 
  • Balance warehouse space constraints with store order requirements
  • Liaise with stores to support their key availability objectives

What you'll need

  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An analytical mind and a methodical approach
  • The ability to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • The ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fluency in German is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in an office-based position desirable but not essential
