I am delighted to be supporting an international market leader in their field on a key role to join their expanding Newcastle team.


This role, reporting to Head of Procurement, is a key opportunity to join a business who pride themselves on their relationship management and are looking for someone who can deliver and educate the wider team on supplier management and supplier risk. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering the supplier risk management. You will support with compliance on procurement policies and procedures and work with key stakeholders throughout the business to ensure appropriate implementation of the Supplier Relationship Management Framework and management of supplier risks across multiple departments.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in supplier relationship management and have experience in managing risk, control and assurance. You will have experience in supplier performance management and risk management and be able to deliver results at senior leadership level. You will have a procurement background and ideally have MCIPS (or desire to study towards) and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
