We're recruiting a Store Supervisor for a well-established fashion retail brand based in Cheshire Oaks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and a love for customer service to take the next step in their retail management career.
You'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving store performance, leading a small team, and creating a great atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily retail operations alongside management
- Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver great service
- Motivate and guide your team to hit sales targets
- Maintain high store standards including visual merchandising
- Assist with rotas, recruitment, and training of new team members
- Take responsibility for health & safety, stock management, and admin
- Help monitor KPIs and support the management team with P&L Responsibility
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Assistant
- A natural team motivator with a passion for retail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment
- Confidence with handling stock, shop floor layout and store systems
