We are looking for a customer focused individual for a Supervisor position based in Bicester. You will be maintaining your section, ordering products, writing reports, ensuring good visual merchandising and covering for the Department Manager as necessary.

Working hours will consist of 40 hours per week with alternate weekends.

Duties of the role:

  • Develop strong and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain good visual presentation of the section.
  • Order products using the computer software.
  • Complete manual tasks such as moving products.
  • Run reports to identify the performance of goods.
  • Manage your sector.
  • Cover for the Department Manager when required.

You will:

  • Have previous customer service experience within a retail environment
  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
  • Demonstrate good team leading skills having proven this in a previous role.
  • Be comfortable with heavy lifting as required.
  • Hold or be willing to gain a Forklift Licence.

Experience within a gardening environment would be seen as beneficial for this role but is not required.

Offering £28,000 per annum this is a versatile position that will allow someone to develop their existing skills.
