Supervising social worker -Fostering agency with Therapeutic Approach

Salary £38,000 - £40,000

NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced social worker to join an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West.

The fostering agency is one of the leading independent providers in fostering social care and have been providing Good Ofsted rated services since 2010. The team is well established and there will be career progression opportunities as the region is expanding.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be responsible to supervise foster carers and looked after children in Bolton, Wigan areas of North West. There will be a mix of working from home and the office and travelling to see families. The caseload will be 10 to 13 families at maximum. You will work with a trauma-informed approach and therapeutic framework.

Requirements

Please apply if:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have knowledge and working experience of supervising social worker role or alternatively you worked with children looked after and their carers
