NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a determined and motivated Supervising Social Worker to join their local authority on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with foster carers
  • Support a caseload of foster carers throughout Northamptonshire ensuring the highest standards of care are met
  • Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • A driver
  • Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
  • Up to date with current fostering legislation
