Student Support Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
  • Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience.
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
