Student Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience.
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
