Are you ready for an exciting role? Join our client's dynamic team as a Student Lettings Consultant. We’re seeking someone to manage and let a student property portfolio.

The Company

Our client is a forward-thinking and proactive organisation dedicated to enhancing the student living experience for both landlords and tenants. Their services cover a wide range, from traditional HMO housing to state-of-the-art PBSA developments. Role Overview:

As a Student Lettings Consultant, your focus will be on exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with a team of negotiators and administrators, you’ll ensure successful property lettings and efficient management. Your commitment to student welfare and compliance will maintain the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the team to achieve successful property lettings.

Set up tenancies efficiently, adhering to all legal requirements.

Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and guarantors, streamlining applications and creating comprehensive reports.

Prioritise health and safety compliance while managing the property portfolio.

Oversee repairs and maintenance for student properties.

Handle visits, check-out processes, inventory reports, and deposit disputes.

Support general administration tasks and collaborate with colleagues to meet targets.

Regularly review the stock of lettings properties, ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Attributes:

Essential experience in Lettings & Management, preferably within the student sector.

Strong knowledge of property safety compliance.

Driving license & own vehicle essential
