Keen to work in a structural design office for a firm that is a not run of the mill?

Structural Engineers with a minimum of 1 year of buildings design experience are required to join this medium sized, modern and award winning design consultancy based near Shoreditch. The firm are progressive and dynamic and like its staff as such.

You should be an intelligent go getter, happy to take on things out of your comfort zone and be willing to grab with both hands. A "can do" attitude is a must. The company ethos is that people here enjoy going to work and support each other. There are no barriers to progression here and you can advance as fast as you are able while working to your strengths. They pride themselves on offering an excellent design service to their clients and work on projects ranging from £2,000 up to £20m.

They are transparent with all aspects of their business and seek reliable, technically strong and responsible people to join them. Excellent support, training and CPD is given as well as a chance to work on a wide variety of buildings projects, as well as bespoke schemes such as art installations and stage sets.

As well as a good basic salary they offer the option to buy additional unlimited leave, are flexible with regards to things like time off for travel, give staff autonomy and offer regular social events and an annual trip away. Cycle parking and showers are available.
