In this role, you’ll be the technical lead for the team, and collaborate closely with management to drive growth and innovation.
  
Your responsibilities will include leading the design team, preparing structural calculations across sectors, and delivering innovative solutions for building insurance claims. With a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and post-graduate experience, you'll bring a deep understanding of structures, materials, and sustainability.
  
We seek candidates passionate about progress who want to grow with the company. Chartered status is desirable, but not essential. Your proficiency in AutoCAD is crucial, while experience with TEDDS, STAAD, and Revit is desirable.
