Stores Operative

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Stores operative to work for a well-known large engineering company on one of their customers sites..

Based in Girvan, this Stores operative will be a key team member working within the team on-site and alongside the customers workforce.

Job Title: Stores Operative

Location: Girvan, KA26

Pay: £11.44/hour.

Working Hours/Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm

Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary contract to permanent

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Chasing orders and updating orders
• Booking goods into CRM system (SAP/ EOS)
• Stock taking & stock checking.
• Picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching
• General warehouse work

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience desirable not essential
• Experience working in an engineering environment would be desired but not required
• Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
• Satisfactory level of physical ability to lift light loads and put stock away.
