As part of our store leadership team, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and bring out the best in everyone around you. Leading from the front out on the shop floor, you’ll solve problems, make plans and go the extra mile for our customers. The pace is fast here. So, you must be up for the challenge of balancing multiple priorities while keeping your eye on the ball.

Innovative, ambitious and a real people person, you should have a flexible approach and a good commercial brain. Store and Senior Managers will need retail management experience and the ability to co-ordinate teams, hit sales targets and keep on top of stock availability. While Store People Managers should have HR or retail experience and be skilled at recruiting and training teams and taking charge of all people matters.
