Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for an internationally renowned fashion retailer in Munich! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global retailer in the fashion industry. As a Store Manager, you will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

We are looking for a people focused leader who has a proven background in coaching, developing and nurturing retail teams! You will be commercially strong and able to make business decisions autonomously, while driving your team to be the best they can be in their careers!

Store Manager responsibilities:

• All aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction
• Developing strategies and plans to increase store sales and profitability, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
• Ensuring that team members are providing high-quality customer service
• Training, mentoring, and coaching team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growth

As Store Manager, you will have:

• A proven background in Hospitality or Retail Management - you are a people focused leader with a proven track record in driving sales
• Strong experience in inventory management - stock control is huge in this position!
• Proven examples of coaching, developing and nourishing your sales team
• Extensive success in managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
• Business English skills - key business communications are in English
