Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in Northampton for an established retail store. We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. We need someone with the right skills, experience and motivation to succeed. In addition this Store Manager role requires on two part day Saturdays per month and no Sunday trading.

Our client is hugely successful with a great trading history, making it an exciting time to be part of their business. As a Store Manager not only will you have the chance to make an impact on this store but would be joining a business which is in an exciting period of investment and growth.

The person we're looking for:

  • Has experience of working in a people driven retail environment is essential with a real focus on great service.
  • You must be prepared to lead from the front and engage with the customer.

To be our clients new Store Manager you will be a hands on, shop floor based, commercial and a results driven retail manager who has a passion for delivering world class customer service!

As a Retail Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving customer service standards in your store.
  • Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
  • Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
  • Achieving store and company KPI's.
  • Profit protection and stock management

For this Store Manager position not only will get a great work life balance in comparison to other Store Manager roles but a salary of up to £25,000 with a bonus that gives the successful Store Manager an OTE £35,000 is on offer.
