Application Support Analyst
As an Azure Application Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the Azure Application estate. Supporting Dev, Data and everything in between. You will be developing, monitoring and supporting exisiting applications. 3 non negotiables for this role are Azure, API and .Net.

Description
Hard skills:
As a Hands-on engineer, the following skills are expected:
- .NET6 and 8
- Application Support - Developing web applications
- Azure Devops (Pipelines, Service Connections, etc.)
- Develop and implement bug fixes
- Be part of the Dev team and implement L2 stories
- Maintenance and components upgrades
- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC, leveraging test and deployment automation tools
- Entra ID (Premium P2 feature knowledge)
- Perform the role of Major Incident Controller
- Strong Cloud Networking skills (familiar with hub & spoke and, private endpoints, and L4 filtering options)
- Strong Azure DNS knowledge and experience in multi-subscription environments
- AKS private cluster
- API health
- Cluster health
- Azure Policy
- Good knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS in general
Soft skills:
- Capacity to identify potential risks and bring awareness to stakeholders
- Good oral and written communication for documentation and technical workshops
- Engage with people with varying level of technical skill
- Problem solver mindset
- Team player
Profile
As an Azure Application specialist, with strong cloud competences, you'll be responsible for the availability of the platform and its improvements as a level 2 engineer.
You have strong Azure competences, and ideally have exposure working with another cloud provider.
You have a strong security sensibility and always think "shift left" and collaborate with Security Team, with strong experience on deployment automation (application and infrastructure deployment)
Expected Certifications are as follows:
- As a key contributor in a Cloud environment, a certain level of credential is required:
- Azure Administrator Associate
The following are not required, but strongly recommended:
- Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Google cloud…)
- ISO 9001, 27001
- ITIL v3 or v4
