Outdoor Adventure, Sports & MAPS Study Programme Manager

Location: Stoke Climsland
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: Pro Rata £27,300 - £32,550

Reed Further Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Adventure, Sports & MAPS Study Programme Manager to lead our Level 1 Introduction to Outdoor Adventure, Sports, and Military and Protective Services programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the curriculum for outdoor adventure and sports programmes.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to students in outdoor education and sports.
  • Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are achieved and maintained.

Requirements:

  • A nationally approved Stage 3 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
  • A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and/or Maths.
  • Extensive occupational experience in outdoor education and sports coaching.
