Area to be covered: London

Remuneration: Up to £65,000 Neg. + 18% Bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles will involve:

• Field sales role promoting a manufactured range of wall and floor ceramic tiles to the hotel, hospitality & leisure and commercial markets
• 90% of your time targeting architects and interior designers (A&D) and housebuilders
• Remainder of your time managing relationships with main contractors, D&B contractors and tiling contractors
• 90%+ of your time will be spend in central London (approx. 8-10 days per year overseas visiting factories)
• Focus on new business development with commercial architects and housebuilders on both refurbishment and new build projects
• Revenue responsibility circa £1m year two
• Predominantly new business development position
• Working on projects from £250,000+
• Conducting CPD presentations monthly

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles with:

• Proven track record selling into architects, interior designers A&D or housebuilder specifiers in the London area
• Contacts in London based architects and interior designers or housebuilders is required
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Ceramic tile industry associated product experience is essential
• Open to LVT, carpet and other flooring product backgrounds
• Excellent presenter and proficient at CPD’s
• Smart and presentable in appearance
• Ability to handle hard to deal with main contractors and sub-contractors when required in respect of getting the project built
