To provide efficient customer service and administrative support to our sales account managers, partners and Retailers.
The successful candidate will be a first point of contact for enquiries from the sales team relating to UK and Export retailers and partners and new product specifications/new line requirements.
The role involves responding to customer enquiries, providing key retailer presentations as requested by the sales team to allow them to perform their roles, assisting with reports, manage customer pricing records and the promotional calendar, sales order processing and sales invoicing.
Working under your own initiative you will liaise closely within your team and other departments across the business, monitoring progress and co-ordinating efforts to ensure external customer expectations are met in full and on time.
8.00am to 5.00pm OR 7.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Thursday
8.00am to 3.45pm OR 7.30am to 3.15pm - Friday
Candidates must have administrative and customer service experience and be dedicated team players who are capable and confident working autonomously to provide a consistent and professional service. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are essential for this role together with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Power Point and Excel. Exemplary time management skills and the ability to manage priorities and expectations are important.
Experience in sales administration and customer service.
Dealing with UK and international customers.
Sage and Excel.
The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish or French.
