Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client's fresh food restaurant near in Sutton Coldfield. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience within high-volume restaurants, managing large teams and overseeing busy services! As Sous Chef you'll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.

What are we looking for in Sous Chef candidates...

  • At least 2 years at Sous Chef level
