Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client's food led, gastro pub in rural Gloucestershire. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes daily with the seasons. The ideal Sous Chef will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first-class food offering.
Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
- 2 years of Sous Chef experience within fresh food restaurants
- A passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
- A friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
- A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Clear stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
