A Sous Chef position is available at a popular country hotel in Nottinghamshire
A Sous Chef role is available at a multi-outlet hotel which has a number of different dining options but this role will require you to concentrate the majority of your time on the award winning restaurant which holds one AA Rosette. However, you will also be expected to assist in all other areas of the dining operation when needed to in order to fully support the Executive Chef. The menu in this restaurant offers a contemporary menu featuring modern dishes and a grill section with seasonal dishes that feature some of the best ingredients from the region.
A Sous Chef who has been working in kitchens accredited with at least one AA Rosette is required to take on this role. It is important that you have all round cooking skills in the kitchen but are also a competent team leader and have a good grasp of kitchen management processes.
