Solutions Architect: Insurance Technology - UK - (travel to London) - Permanent

We recently partnered with a global consultancy that is looking at achieving technology enabled transformation within wealth and insurance Technology. They seek a Solutions Architect specialising in Insurance Technology to play a crucial role in the complete delivery lifecycle, spanning from defining strategy and propositions to overseeing detailed operations and technology design. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role comes with the flexibility of working mostly remote and ample opportunities for both vertical and horizontal growth.

As the Solutions Architect you lead delivery programmes by creation of modern solution architectures and technical designs, collaborating with multi capability teams, senior business and IT stakeholders, managing senior stakeholders and taking accountability for the quality and timely delivery of your team's deliverables. You as the Solutions Architect will provide technical design governance, solution quality assurance and design reviews to keep complex technology programmes on track against industry good practice/standards.

As the Solutions Architect you will lead definition for bids and proposals including opportunities involving independent technology architecture engagements and large-scale technology transformations.

Requirements:

• Min of 6+ years' experience as a Senior Manager/Solutions Architect.
• Working knowledge or experience with:
• Designing and implementing end-to-end solution architecture.
• Delivering innovative solutions as part of a digital transformation programmes
• At least one insurance sector experience: commercial lines, personal lines, and underlying insurance business processes across the value chain.
• key architectural domains - including data, integration, business, application, and operational architecture
• insurance vendors, third party service providers and management of vendor relationships
• Jira, Confluence, QA and CI/CD
• AWS/Azure/GCP and previous development experience

Salary - up to £120,000 + bonus + benefits

Location - Remote with travel.

Duration - Permanent.
