Our client, an established company who operating in the financial services sector are seeking a Software Tester to join their dynamic team based in Taunton. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience writing automation test scripts and ideally be competent across C# & JavaScript.
The role offers Hybrid Working, with access to the Taunton office 2-3 days a week.
Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 5:00, 37 hours per week, with occasional out of hours support.
Main responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain and execute high quality automated test scripts
- Design and develop test automation frameworks
- Maintain test documentation for automated processes
- Develop and configure test automation strategies.
Skills & qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- Proven experience with C#, JavaScript, Selenium and Playwright
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in the following would be desirable: CI/CD, Non-functional automated testing, Page object model and API mocking.
