Job Title: Software Support Specialist
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What do you need as a Software Solutions Specialist?
The Professional Services team provide software solutions aligned to the Managed Print Services arena. These include; secure print, document management, data capture, cloud integration, workflow and fleet management products.
You will have experience installing and supporting software such as; Papercut, Uniflow, Equitrac, Therefore, Docuware, Nuance, ecopy, Pcounter or similar.
Formal qualification relating to networking or operating systems is an advantage.
What will you be doing?
Working with some of the most recognisable brands in the UK, this role will demand you become an expert with a number of business software packages.
You will be involved in planning software installations alongside their project managers, suppliers, account managers and client representatives. You will therefore possess:
- The ability to demystify technical jargon to make it accessible to a wider audience
- A customer-service focus, with clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The confidence to run formal meetings with client's technical teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate documentation
- Excellent team working skills
- A desire to continue learning
