Software Engineering Manager (AI/ML)

Inside IR35 / 12 Months / £675pd+

Remote first with very occasional time in the office (could be 2-4 days per month in the first couple of months, but then reducing Bristol or London)

SR2 have been engaged by a major Tech for Good client to help them secure a Software Engineering Manager.

This role provides an awesome opportunity to build something with big impact that improves the customer journey and overall experience.

This build will include modern GenAI tools that will automate up to 60% of contact centre requests and you will be responsible for shaping the roadmap.

As an applicant you should have experience managing AI/ML development teams/projects. This is critical as you will have oversight of all architecture, data pipleines, integration, security and CD.
