Software Engineer

Contract: Permanent; Full-time (37.5 hours per week); Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

Location: Plymouth, PL6 5WR

Salary: £42,500 per annum

MAIN OBJECTIVES

The primary purpose of the position is to analyse, design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications according to the business requirements through the development stack.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • 3+ years commercial experience in a developer role
  • Proficient in a SPA framework, particularly VueJs
  • Working knowledge of Typescript
  • Strong SASS skills
  • Testing experience with Jest / Jasmine in a TDD cycle
  • Experience in / knowledge of microservice architecture
  • Experience with REST API services ideally in .Net / .Net Core
  • Experience with MS SQL
  • Unit testing using Chai / Mocha
