Software Development Manager

We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Software Development Manager join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading development teams, providing them with direction and technical leadership
• Ensuring the development team is consistent in its approach
• Planning and executing the release process for team deliverables
• Lead day to day workflows
• Managing the technical dependencies with other teams
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and user base
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Providing clear communication internally and externally

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in similar role
• Experience managing teams internationally
• Experience with Java Development
• Experience with AWS Solutions Architecture
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent presentation skills
