Software Developer - SaaS Provider - £35,000 - £45,000 - Remote working + Excellent benefits

Overview:
A leading Optical SaaS provider have recently embarked on a brand new greenfield programme. You will join a new team, to help develop a back end system in C# in a distributed API environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a number of lead developers utilising their current skillset but also gaining exposure to new technologies including, Blazor, Azure DevOps and various cloud services.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Blazor
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Document new and existing systems
  • Migrate legacy applications into modern Microservices infrastructure

Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years .Net development experience
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts
  • Experience with Razor/MVC
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
